Heat treatment advantages of typical parts:
(1) Heat treatment of shaft parts: it is required to have sufficient rigidity, strength, fatigue resistance, wear resistance and accuracy stability.
(2) Heat treatment of gears: To improve the metallurgical quality of the material and the bending strength, contact fatigue strength and wear resistance of the gear through the heat treatment, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the service life of the gear.
(3) Heat treatment of spring: it shall have high fatigue strength and enough toughness and plasticity to prevent fatigue fracture and impact fracture of spring.
(4) Heat treatment of roller: heat treatment after forging and heat treatment after quenching and tempering, the main purpose of which is to prevent the formation of white spots, eliminate forging stress, refine grains and obtain fine pearlite and sorbite on the surface of roller, so as to achieve the specified hardness and mechanical properties.
(5) Heat treatment of Large Forgings: under certain conditions, the internal quality of forgings can be improved or enhanced through reasonable heat treatment (post forging heat treatment and final heat treatment) process.
(6) Heat treatment of rolling bearing parts: generally, rolling bearing should have high hardness, high wear resistance, high contact fatigue strength, high toughness, high strength and good dimensional stability. For the rolling bearing working in special environment, it also needs to have the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, magnetic resistance and so on.
